It’s adapted as well over the years and while it was at one point an annual IP release, Ubisoft opted to put the franchise on ice for a year after the launch of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey back in 2018. The Assassin’s Creed franchise has been around for console generations at this point. Now a new threat on the planet may cause The Avengers to team back up and embark on a new mission to save humanity from annihilation. Fast forward a few years and The Avengers disbanded and heroes in general, were outlawed. Things go awry causing a catastrophic accident that resulted mass panic and death.
The game follows after the events of A-Day, a moment in history where the Avengers unveil the new hi-tech headquarters in San Francisco. Players will be controlling Earth’s mightiest heroes when humanity is caught in extreme peril. The video game is Marvel’s Avengers, which has been a secret project for Crystal Dynamics but after E3 2019, we got the first glimpse of the game and what it will be about.
However, it looks like a new potential hit is in the works over at Crystal Dynamics with Eidos Montreal. We’re of course referring to the 2019 release Marvel’s Spider-Man. The Marvel cinematic universe is quite popular now and we also receive a stellar video game installment from the Marvel universe.
For instance, there seem to be some new powers that Miles Morales can pull off that Peter Parker couldn’t. While the gameplay will remain the same overall in Spider-Man: Miles Morales from the original PlayStation 4 Spider-Man release, you can expect some differences. With a new war brewing between a high-tech equipped gang and an energy corporation, Miles is forced to use his powers to keep those he loves and innocent lives from being in harm’s way. We’re still waiting for more information about the game, but it seems that the title will focus on Miles Morales a year after the events of Spider-Man. Rather than being a DLC, this game will be large enough to be its own standalone title on the PlayStation 5 although you can expect the same size game as something like Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. As the name suggests, players won’t be taking the role of Peter Parker this time around as the development studio opted to make a smaller scoped video game title set around Miles Morales. Set to be a PlayStation 5 exclusive, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a brand new story for players to go through. If you loved Spider-Man on the PlayStation 4, Insomniac Games has a brand new adventure coming out later this year.
